The Pomodoro Technique
A simple yet powerful method to improve your focus and productivity
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique was created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer (pomodoro in Italian) he used during university.
This technique breaks work into 25-minute intervals called "pomodoros", separated by short breaks. It's perfect for fighting procrastination and maintaining focus.
